What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a top tier senior analyst to join the Corporate Controller’s organization in the Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting team.

Reporting to the Technical Accounting & Reporting Manager, you are a proactive/ detail-oriented contributor with a strong working knowledge of US GAAP and internal controls.
You will
Assist Manager in preparation of quarterly SEC filings (Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K) including supporting schedules Efficiently prepare workpapers supporting external disclosures and management reporting (including balance sheet, income statement and cash flows) Perform benchmarking of disclosure best practices and recommendations to management Assist Manager in coordinating quarterly deliverables with external auditors and Strategic Planning Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of external reporting related internal controls Assist Manager in evaluation of new accounting standards (new ASUs) and non-standard transactions (e.g.

equity grants, acquisitions, impairment assessments, etc.) Help with ad-hoc technical accounting research and preparation of technical accounting memos
You have
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+years of accounting and/or audit experience Big 4 or national accounting firm experience CPA license (or equivalent certification) Strong understanding and application of US GAAP and internal controls Highly effective communication skills Strong organizational and documentation skills Experience with Netsuite Experience with Equity Edge Experience with XBRL and DFS Active Disclosure
