This is a Full-time position in Hollywood, FL posted November 25, 2021.

Administrative Assistant

In the Administrative Assistant role, you must be a positive, customer-service-oriented team player who is also able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You must present a professional image and great communication skills, both written and verbal.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for many office duties.

These duties include, but aren’t limited to:

Answer incoming calls
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Send out emails and letters to customers, follow up on their response
Scheduling customers appointments
Make outbound calls to customers, vendors and service techs
Scan files and attach to customer accounts
Account management: creating and managing customer accounts
Handle new and current customer calls, using professional tone and exceptional judgment
Provide basic information about products and services
Working on special projects as needed
Excellent communication skills
Must enjoy speaking with customers while maintaining a high level of customer service
Comfortable working with a team as well as individually
Ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines
Positive professional demeanor
Customer service experience is highly preferred
Focused on first call resolution
About you
Computer Literate – comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Bi-Lingual (Spanish and English) a must
Works well under pressure
Able to meet deadlines
Calm demeanor
Attention to detail, accuracy
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00
– $17.00 per hour
