Worker Field Mantainence (2201239)- Attapulgus, GA

Where the Chemistry Happens…

We are seeking a professional like you to join our team. In this role, you will lead and be responsible for all aspects of the site predictive maintenance and reliability program, with an in-depth focus on data driven solutions, analysis and program management.

This position utilizes reliability skills such as Vibration Analysis, IR and motor analysis, technician mentoring/training, etc. to ensure program success. Communicates equipment issues to the Site Leadership and works with the Maintenance & Reliability Groups to develop and implement solutions. The Senior Reliability Technician will also periodically work with site engineering on front end engineering applications and technologies as required. The Senior Reliability Technician will participate in failure analysis and chronic problem diagnosis and develop complex comprehensive solutions and develop/execute implementations, testing and commissioning activities.
Formula for Success

Your advanced engineering technology and PdM skills will serve you well as you operate instrument grade devices to perform tests, capture condition-based data, extrapolate information and develop solutions while maintaining and reporting from various technical databases. Your experience and advanced technical skills will be essential to successful problem analysis and solution development under high stress conditions. Demonstrating your computer, software and communicating skills, you will enter work orders, manage projects/repair efforts, maintain records, conduct detailed analysis’ and develop/deliver custom reporting and conducting training events. Utilizing your specialized Reliability Training and Certification you will participate in and/or lead efforts such as PM Optimization, RCFA, FMECA, Criticality Assessments and other specialized tasks under the RCM umbrella. Your business acumen, leadership experience and ability to form and lead collaborative efforts will be demonstrated as you create and lead cross-functional employee, contractor, vendor and specialist focus teams to address and resolve chronic issues such as bad actors or develop and drive custom changes or other solutions. You will demonstrate your innovation and adaptability by continuously developing yourself and this position to meet the continuous improvement evolutions and changing emphasis’ driven by other business dynamics. Your personal responsibility, resourcefulness, planning and coping skills will serve you well when you represent the site and the companies interests at various internal and external functions such as offsite meetings, vendor FAT testing of equipment and other negotiations/appearances up to the level of your positional decision rights. Demonstrating your strategic thinking as a driver, you will take a leading initiative in coaching and mentoring, change implementation, decision making and communicating outcomes all directed at accomplishing or achieving business and technical objectives.

Ingredients for Success: What We Look for in You…

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED AND 10 years of Mechanical Maintenance experience, OR Associate’s Degree in a Mechanical Discipline OR Rank of E-5 in US Military. Level 1 ANSI CAT-1 Vibration Analyst Certification PLUS any 2nd Level-1 Certification in any Reliability field such as CMRP, CMRT, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:

Extensive background in tool and die. Project Management experience. Experience as a technical trainer. Experience as a technical writer.
