If so, this may be a great career for you. DonorConnect seeks a full-time Administrative Assistant, HR Supportive Services. This position is responsible for providing the day-to-day administrative/clerical support for the Office of Human Resources and partners closely with Administration to ensure the success of the entire team and be a member of the general phone backup team. This position requires strong organizational skills, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion. A strong working knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. This position also requires exceptional interpersonal communication skills.Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager:Provides administrative support to the Manager, Human Resources/Occuptional Health and Safety in the coordination of new hires and terminations, DOPL verifications, personnel files, Axon, and assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned.Assists in the compliance of the DonorConnect e-performance programs.Supports the recruitment process. Posts and closes job positions, screens applicants, attends interviews, tracks data and time-to-hire metrics, and conducts reference checks. Coordinates new hires and facilitates NEO. Qualifications: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check. Education:High School GraduateRequired Knowledge:Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and PowerPointUnderstanding of basic internet functions and general computer navigation Required Experience:Minimum of two years of administrative assistant experiencePreference may be given to those with one year of experience providing front-line, reception and customer relations services to internal and external customersSkills/Abilities:High degree of professionalismMaintain strict confidentiality while keeping sensitive employee information safeAbility to be well-organized and balance multiple priorities with different deadlines; accurate, and attentive to detailExcellent written and verbal communication; excellent interpersonal relationship skillsAbility to interact with all levels of employeesFlexible, willingness to assist othersAble to work well under stressAble to work well independently and to prioritize workAble to use standard office equipment (i.e., computer, 10 key, copy machine, postage machine, etc.)DonorConnect is a PROUD Equal Opportunity Employer!
