Senior Bilingual Credit Manager -Remote Job

Your Mission:

Deliver operational excellence within the accounts receivable group, delivering a world-class customer experience & focused fiscal integrity in a high performing culture.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Authorize credit applications within established company policies
  • Analysis of financial information on new and existing customers to maximize sales and to limit the risk of bad debt loss
  • Review & evaluate credit applications for approvals for approval, establish credit limits and risk categories
  • Manage the credit hold system within company guidelines
  • Report on customer account balances & delinquency rates
  • Adhere to collection procedures to reduce DSO, past due percentages and improve cash flow
  • Establish Credit review procedures via research through credit organizations, banks, and other trade references/reports
  • Work with Accounting manager to establish bad debt reserve analysis and accrual recommendation
  • Analyze business conditions and build partnerships at all levels of the organization to mitigate risk while maximizing sales
  • Manage accounts receivable team

What you should have:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • 10+ years of experience
  • NACM certification/training required
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Masters/Graduate Degree preferred
  • Experience with commercial collections & liens
  • Highly visible role as part of the leadership team and requires close coordination with sales and other functions
