    I.        Overview

Maximize the sustainable growth of our VTS business across the North West Territory (Washington, Oregon, Northern Nevada, Northern California) by promoting sales of service products to new and existing customers, in accordance with agreed business plans, representing the VTBA in a manner that all products are promoted.

 

 

  II.        Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED Required.

Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.

Three (3) years of experience in direct sales experience selling equipment and/or service, or in a capital equipment, or Service Sales environment required.

Ability to exhibit a hunting mentality when sourcing for leads and pursuing goals.

Passion for Service and After
– Market Sales required.

Strong computer skills required including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and the ability to learn and utilize transaction & planning systems.

Proven ability to work with an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.

Ability to drive customer success through the building of strong customer relationships and the delivery of customer centric solutions.

Ability to improve business results by embracing change and creating innovative ways for Edwards Vacuum to be successful, while taking on tough challenges in order to deliver results.

Proven history of exhibiting a “Lead Myself” mentality.

Taking on accountability for your individual mission and take responsibility for your own self development.

Capability of focusing on team success, working collaboratively with others while looking for better ways to deliver lasting results and a willingness to share knowledge and experience with team members.

 III.        Key Accountabilities

·   Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business targets, managing personal time and productivity

·   Cooperate with service aftermarket team to provide good after sales service to customers and achieve customer satisfaction;

·   Analyze and provide timely, accurate market information to management, such as pricing situations, status of competitive activities and “red flag” issues related to business in the region

·   Undertake proposals of assigned service products, including the calculation of sales prices by applying the discounts strategy in place and using the appropriate quoting tool

·   Develop and maintain good customer relationships at all levels within the area and ensure an excellent standard of aftermarket service is provided

·   Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information by updating the CRM with customer visit reports, opportunities and quotation status info

·   Cooperate with Finance department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue;

·   Liaise with colleagues from other Divisions to co-ordinate activities where appropriate to maximize customer relationship and business outcome wherever possible

·   Attend sales meetings and ensure that all subsequent action required is undertaken

·   To grow the business through the development of the Installed base

·   Undertake ad-hoc project work related to VTS, including new products and Marketing Campaigns

·   Provide Customer information / feedback on a regular basis.

·   Intensive travelling activity (up to 60% expected)

·   Other duties as assigned.
